Order Processing
The time it takes to process your order will largely depend on whether the items purchased are in stock or will need to be built to order. For items currently in stock, processing is usually 1-2 working days from when the order was received. Custom built items will take longer, typically 5-7 working days.
Shipping
United States: We offer several shipping options ranging from standard (typically sent UPS Ground or USPS Priority) to overnight delivery. Actual transit time will vary depending on carrier, service level selected and delivery destination. We offer free ground shipping on retail orders over $199.00, valid only to shipping locations within the contiguous United States. PLEASE NOTE: Choosing an expedited delivery option will not change the amount of time it takes to process your order—only shipping time once your order has left our shop.
Outside the United States: International orders are normally shipped using USPS Priority or Fed Ex and will typically arrive 1-3 weeks after the order has been completed. Average number of days may vary based upon destination and customs. We reserve the right to use the best available shipping service to complete your order. Faster methods of shipping may be available at additional costs, depending on destination. It is our goal to provide you with timely service, but please note that ALL shipping times are estimates, and are calculated from the completion of your order. Any shipped orders that are returned to Lollar Pickups by the carrier as undeliverable, unclaimed, denied, or refused may be re-shipped to you at your expense, or will otherwise be subject to a 10% processing fee, per our Returns policy, to be deducted from your refund. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refund. All orders are shipped as insured parcel, which may require a signature for verification of delivery.
There are no exchanges on accessories (pre-wired kits, shims, pickguards, rings, pots, caps, switches, jacks, picks, etc.), or custom/non-stock items.
Warranty
All new pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. All pickups are thoroughly tested at various stages along the manufacturing process. We back up any work we do, and want a chance to fix a problem if one occurs.
If you have purchased the pickup through a dealer, please contact them directly for handling warranty-related matters.
Pickups purchased pre-installed as "Original Equipment" on manufacturer's guitars must be handled directly with the original guitar manufacturer.
Any of the following will void the warranty: Disconnecting the leads at the pickup, removing the coil tape, breaking the solder joint connecting pickups with metal covers, steel wool particles found on the pickup, obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the pickup.
