We’re pleased to announce that we’ve partnered with our friends at Stringjoy to bring you top-shelf strings for electric guitar with the Lollar stamp of approval! We first tried Stringjoy as players ourselves – we were deeply impressed by the quality, longevity, and tone. As strings and pickups naturally go hand-in-hand, we felt it would be great to offer our own preferred sets of Stringjoy’s Signature strings.

We are now offering three sets: super light (9/42), light (10/48), and medium (11/50) in roundwound nickel steel. They’re not your ordinary workaday gauges either: to address the varied tension in many common sets, we’ve chosen gauges that compensate for the dip in tension on the 2nd and 6th strings on typical super light/light sets, and the missing punch of the 6th string in many medium sets. The result is a set of strings that plays smoothly and evenly along the entire fingerboard.

These strings are round-wound with a high-carbon steel hex core, giving them impressive longevity, tuning stability, and a natural top end with excellent definition and clarity. Stringjoy’s strings are handmade in Nashville, TN to the highest standards of quality.
