Wound to exact 1952 Telecaster® pickup specifications, our ’52 T model delivers well-balanced frequency response with an attack that is softer than other Tele® pickups we offer. The ‘52 T’s tone is pure Bakersfield and Blackguard and they maintain clarity when you want to drench your sound in reverb or delay.

Pre-wired Kit for Teles
Upgrading the electronics in a Tele® yourself couldn’t be easier than it is with our new Lollar Pre-wired Kits. The kits are hand-wired in our shop and meet Jason Lollar’s preferred specifications.
Whether you’re installing new pickups and want high-quality electronics to go with them, or you want to upgrade the stock electronics in your Tele®, our pre-wired kits are a great option. We’ve done most of the work so all that’s left for you to do is install the kit in your guitar and solder in your pickups (sold separately).
Optional 3rd Wire
For Tele neck pickups we offer a 3rd Wire Option (cover ground) that allows you to run a set of our Telecaster replacement pickups in series operation with a 4-way switch—a common mod for customers seeking more versatility than a 3-way switch provides. A 3rd wire allows your pickup to function properly in either series or parallel mode and won't affect the tone in normal operation.

I just used a Lollar prewired 3 way Tele kit with a luxe cap and added the ‘52 neck and bridge to my fender tele. These pickups far exceeded my hopes and expectations. Simply divine. Twang, spank, and such note definition and clarity. Love them!

I recently purchased a cutom Tele which had a Lollar 52 bridge pickup and an unknown Gold Foil in the neck. I made some changes to the guitar, which included replacing the Gold Foil with a matching Lollar 52 Neck pickup. As good as the guitar sounded originally, it sounds much sweeter with the Lollar 52 in the neck position. It's very warm and smooth (to my ear). I love it!
