Product Details

An exact copy of the original, this pickup is a direct replacement for the Gibson® Console Grande produced in the 1940s and '50s. This classic setup gives you full midrange, a clear, fat tone, punchy attack, and creamy sustain. Pole spacing is 2.685” and is measured on-center between the two outside poles.

Three years ago I got this pickup for an 8 string lap steel build, and I could not be happier. Lows are clear and tight, smooth buttery mids, and the high end is strong but never shrill. So I've just ordered two more for a double-neck 8-string console restoration because I figure any other pickup is just going to disappoint me.
