Humbucker size with classic Tele twang? Yes! Now you can have it all. Based on our legendary Lollar Special T pickups, the Novel T brings those snappy and fat single coil tones to your humbucker-sized rout. With an angled bridge coil and off-center neck coil to emulate traditional placement. And because the Novel T is designed to work great with 500k pots, as well as 250k, there's no need to do a complete electronics overhaul to get that classic Tele sound from your Les Paul or any other humbucker-equipped guitar. So, drop the Novel T in and let 'er rip! Features custom A2 (neck) and A5 (bridge) magnet poles; nickel, chrome, gold or black chrome cover ring, and a matte black Forbon top.

Put this into my Tyler SE to replace the HB and I’m finding it addictive. All of a sudden I can find usable sounds on the bridge pickup. And the # 2 quack is even better than it was.

Just had my bridge position Novel T installed, replacing my Les Paul Studio’s Burstbucker (which I loved). This mixes perfectly with my neck position Burstbucker and sounds great on it’s own. Perfect clarity with no harshness. Highly recommend.

Put this in a Stratocaster with stop tailpiece and humbucker at the bridge... very happy... and I'm very picky about tone. Great pickup!

The Novel T is not microhonic like the bridge pickups of my old Teles - so while it doesn't quite have the acoustic qualities - it also doesn't have the shortcomings of whistle & howl, and it is a great (and non-destructive) way to add some Telecaster purity and clarity to humbucker guitars. I like this very much, and will be buying more.
